Georgia on a Rise in Auto Insurance Frauds
Georgia Insurance Commissioner on analyzing the report said that several suspects face insurance fraud and other charges which are in connection to automobile accidents occurring.

The investigation revealed that one of person Yvonne Louise aged 44 plotted with Emanuel Parker 24 to stage a vehicle accident.

Emanuel on interview said that he accidentally rear ended Smith’s vehicle which was a rented car. In Smiths vehicle at that time were her daughter, granddaughter. Not knowing whose fault it was, Parker claimed false insurance amounting to $23,000.

In addition to insurance fraud, Smith and Parker both were charged with false statements. During investigation officials said that there was another accident were more than $10,000 in claims were being paid. This fraud penalty is with a insurance that lasts from around 2 years to 10 years in prison with a fine of upto $10,000.
