Studies Being Carried Out For Auto Insurance User Behavior

Potrero Media, a performance based marketing agency announced positive feedback from a user study which was designed to check the user interaction with the portfolio of auto insurance sites.

Over 90% of consumers in the study shows that the auto insurance sites met the shopping needs of the consumers.

The study by Potrero Media measured the auto insurance site usability, time spent on different areas of site, consumer impressions of content and design, and consumer interaction for request form. To gather the qualitative and quantitative feedback, the company is dialing into how exactly to serve the shopping consumers.
